I am guessing that the majority of advertisers have never heard of ASD. I just

spent the last twenty minutes trying to explain to my six year old that " no the

m & m's inside his packet don't have small party hats on just because the packet

shows them wearing some on the front! "

Ahhhhhh

This is funny because it reminds me of what happened to me when i was

six. M & M's used to have that motto " They melt in your mouth and not

in your hand " and I got some M & M's from my kindergarten teacher and I

carried them all the way home and of course they melted but I was

furious because they weren't supposed to melt in my hand so I wrote a

very cross letter to the makers of M & M's. There's a reason why my

parents used to call me " Literal Girl. "

Hi Amber,

good for you!!! we could use more literal people like that to write in letters

for " false advertisement " . this was just a little point. but there are soooo

much more larger false advertisements out there that need to be addressed and it

starts like this with: " the M & M's " letter. LOL

I didn't read the whole topic on this, I'm sure I'm way off course with your

point. but just reading your post alone. I think that was a great

letter....smile

Mark,

wait till your son See's the laundry containers (refills) in a milk carton.

my kids asked if they can drink this? Gummy bear " vitamins " . medicine that

taste like M & M's. like singular for asthma. I also think its " SICK " when you

see candy cigarettes in a box with cartoons decorating it. Candy cigarettes

for kids?? I will never buy that!!!
