Guest guest Posted September 22, 2006 Report Share Posted September 22, 2006 hi everyone.thanks for letting me join.my name is christie.i am a 28 year old,single mom of two boys.my oldest,troy,is eight years old.my youngest,andrew,is 3 years old.troy has high functioning autism and adhd.he has behavorial issues.he calls me names.threatens me,andrew,and my dad pretty much all the time.he talks bathroom talk oh most all the time.i have taken things away,grounding,tried time outs etc.and nothing works.i dont know what to do.i have talked to his social worker,and nothing.he is talking strattera and tenex.andrew is picking up on this behavior and troy tells him to say and do things and i tell them to stop and that it isnt right.but they keep doing it.andrew hasnt shown any 'signs' of autism or/and adhd.it is kinda strange because when troy was his age he didnt talk as much,he didnt give kisses/hugs that much,etc.thanks again.sorry so long.
