Guest guest
Thanks for asking. When I first met " Tommy " . I thought that he was just lacking some basic manors and social skills. But as I spent more time around him I noticed some strange(for lack of a better word) behavior. For example, while riding in the car he would compulsivly do search a word puzzles. Never skiping a word or going on to the next puzzle until the one before it was complete. If he did not have a puzzle book or a work book, he would rock back and forth. His emotions can be all over the place. He will cry and be seriously upset over seemingly nothing situations. No coping skills. I could go on and on. - I'm now starting to collect info to show " Tommy's " dad. He's a wonderful man who only wants his kid to be happy. Like we all do. But what I'm afraid of is not giving " Tommy " the skills he will need to function as an adult. Thanks for responding. --- , " Roxanna " <madideas@...> wrote: > > Why do you think he's got AS? > > Roxanna > Autism Happens > ( ) Re: How do you say.... > > > Hi...I have recently become involved with a man who has a seven year > old son who I believe may have " Asperger's " .
