Guest guest
Beth has a book report due tomorrow. She had to do Ramona the Pest by Beverly Cleary. She's finished except for two extra credit questions. The one she (and I) are having trouble with is " Literary Devices Used - some examples might be figurative language, foreshadowing, flashbacks, dialogue, different perspectives " . Has anyone read Ramona the Pest that remembers any 'literary devices' used in the story? I haven't read the book, so I'm having a hard time pointing Beth in the right direction. If I know of one, I can strategically ask Beth questions to help her figure it out. I remember how hard this kind of thing was for me in high school. I'm blown away that they're asking a 4th grader to do this. A huge thank you to anyone who can help! Kirsten
