One of the things you have to remember with a private programs is that they have potential liability issues (e.g. your child hurts another...) and they can get sued. That's why my son was disenrolled from one of his programs. They don't like to admit it but its a cold hard fact. Therefore even with a new directory, some of the issues may resurface.

I guess what I'm trying to say is even if you decide to re-enroll him, I'd keep on looking and your local child find (see prev email) would be a good place to start.

My husband made a big stink about Bam being kicked out afterwe'd been hearing about all his good days for the last month. The director spoke with his teachers and apologized profusely, saying there had been miscommunication. His main teacher hastold us privately that she thinks Bam should stay and whenthe director leaves in a few weeks, she thinks she will havethe authority to make that happen.I dunno, the whole place has been poisoned for me and I don'tlike living with the sword of damocles over my head. But myhusband argues that it would be too hard on Bam to take himout now and then change him to someplace again next Fall, whichis a pretty cogent argument. We have also made a psychologist appointment for him.Willa
