Guest guest
You know the birthday party post that mentioned all those people asking, " why is he doing that? " reminded me of when my son was much littler. He wsa just born with serious social issues and I would take him to church and when people tried to meet his eyes he would just scream and scream, literally as though in terror and people kept asking me, " What's wrong with him? " over and over. I even had people coming up to me and going, " Here is a list of ideas on how you can adress his social issues. " when I had never ever asked. Finally I got so annoyed I started answering people with things like, " I don't know, I think he just doesn't like you. " Or, " Well, I think it might be your hair. " Probably not the best way to handle it but it made me feel better. Amber
