Guest guest
Hi I am new here and have a couple of questions. My 8 yr old son has been diagnosed with aspergers, ADHD, and depression. He is taking depakote and adderall. He has lost about 20 lbs from when he started the adderall last June. He will not eat anything at all except cereal and waffles. I am trying to find out what kind of supplements or vitamins I could hide in his foods (the ones he eats- pancakes maybe)-he will not chew or take a vitamin, not even gummies! We have tried the GFCF milk, cereal, waffles, etc. and he refuses to eat any of it. I would love to find something that I could buy locally to hide in his foods if he will not eat the GFCF foods at least for some protein and vitamins but i am not sure of which brands or how much of which vitamins he needs. Any suggestions would be appreciated-thanks in advance. I am also looking for a book to explain this to him-he just doesn't seem to get that he needs real food with protein in it to " survive " .
