Guest guest
Again, Seth is the same way. He gets so worked up over video games. Almost hysterically excited if he's winning and in tears if he's not. He won't play physical games. We tried to put him in karate. We really thought it would help but he refused to go. I mean, just refused. Wild horses couldn't have made him get out on that floor. But we still haven't gotten past the hysterical tantrums phase. It was one of my big tip offs. He seems literally incapable of regulating his emotions when he's upset. And he doesn't get upset about the normal things five year olds would find offensive but if he's rteally tired and there's not enough water in that glass. Boy oh boy, watch out.:-) I was also tipped off ny his myriad of fears. He's so high strung and I told the pediatrition, " You know, it's not like he lives a stressful life. He's lived inthe same town since he was two months old, the same house for most of it. He has a schedule his father had had the same job since before he was born and yet he acts like his life is in turmoil. Why is he so afraid? " I still don't know. I just figure all that anxiety is just part and parcel with the AS. Amber
