I have a 3.5 year old and I know what your going through. My little one

gets fixated on stuff like the bicycle too. We went to wal-mart and

bought him a little elmo bike for about $27.00 he doesn't know how to ride

it yet. But we bring it out into the living room and let him play with

it and get comfortable with it. Now that he sees it all the time it

makes him feel better. I would take the bike to the park also that way he

can feel that he's apart of the other kids as well because he would

also have a bike. Not sure where you live but I have my son in EELP which

is an early intervention for children who have some issues that need a

little help. It's done miracles to the point to where I have been given

a great outlook for Austin's future and It's free with the US school

systems. Not sure if this is what you want. But if you want more info on

it let me know if not sorry to mention it. Hope this helps. Transition

is something you learn to help your child through everyday. We

have all had to leave a public place one time or other and I know the

frustration, sometimes sadness, and confusion that comes along with

that. I go through it everyday with Austin. We are having at least 5 to 6

meltdowns a day some in public my favorite lol and learning to focus or

transition that child onto something will get easier with time. Once

you learn how to do it with your child. Hope this helps. Need more info

here's my home number or write me.
