Guest guest Posted August 8, 2006 Report Share Posted August 8, 2006 What school does your son go to? or what kind of school? I think my daughter would really benfit from a school with no homework. Their would be no manipulation of not finishing school work and bringing it home to yell at me I think with a child like mine school work at school would really let her know what school is for to learn. She has a really hard time with kids in class sitting by her, looking at her ect. She just had her 1st IEP and they gave her a behaviorist in a regular class so we will see how that goes. I will have to explain to the teacher that she will need someone to help with homework if she is going to do it, because I just can't take another year of the abuse. They are the best thing in the area for him, but not really geared toward AS. I like that he is one of the better kids in the school, but that doesn’t give a lot of options for friends.
