Guest guest
How did your children handle the 4th? Seth was a bear all day. He was so bad right from the moment he woke up (which is usually a pretty fair indicator about the direction the rest of the day will take with his out bursts and such) that I called some other people who were supposed to come over and said, " Hey, Seth is not doing all that well today. " Basically saying, " If you are looking for free and easy don't look at the 's " because they all have children he will be expected to ineract with. And then the parents, who are usually fairly understanding, must have been a little stressed out from all the noise and smoke and crowds too because they were all over him. After I even warned them! It was really irratating on top of Seth's total inability to deal with the dark, the noise, (he didn't really notice the lights he was too busy ignoring them and playing in the gravel of the parking lot) the other children and the menu I felt like I had to protect him from our friends. Ugghh... Anyway, hope everyone had a good 4th. ;-) Amber
Guest guest
We had company and my kids were good. They interacted and Noah even went on the boat (which he never does) with 8 of us to watch the fireworks over the water. n 'didn't feel good' and went to bed. But he was pleasant and talked a little with my cousin and her husband and my brother and sil. Over all I( was very proud of the way my kids handled all the company! We kept Noah busy on the boat taking pictures of the fireworks with my digital camera and he did an excellant job. Sorry to hear Seth had a bad day. Toni > How did your children handle the 4th?
