Hi Marj,

Yes, we do put a paper under each line. the next concern would be that he

leaves out letters from the word he just copied. if the sentence reads. lets

go to the movies. he would write: lets goto the moies. I also have him cross

out each word after he writes it. that helps. but he will sometimes leave out

the letter that you don't hear. Yes, he did have a hearing test and all is

Have you thought about putting a piece of paper under each line of

words so that he only sees those and knows that is where he is to be

reading??
