Guest guest
Hi all, Would you be willing to help me out? I want to find AS MANY excuses that professionals, a/o school personel, or just plan any one has used on you when You have said I think my ds or dd is AS. For Example, He/She can't be AS, he/she doesn't have green eyes?? Etc. Etc. I want to find as MANY 'excuses' as possible. I have my own list, but if you wouldn't mind emailing me, then I plan on getting the list together (all of yours) and making some replies, so that my local friends that are all going through this, can understand what they are going to hear (and maybe even have a way to reply!) This would help me a great deal, and I promise to post the ending result of all of your 'input'~! my email address is advocateforaspies@... I won't reply unless you request me too:) And I won't send you emails at any time (like forwarding) I won't even put you in my address book, I just want A really good list! I thought I had heard it all, until today! THANK YOU SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH! advocateforaspies p.S. i AM ASKING ALL AROUND! I hope to get some GREAT ideas to show others what we all have had to put up with!

Guest guest
I got this one from a psychologist - 'He's too well behaved to have autism.' An hour later she complained that she could not do an accurate IQ test on him since he insisted on counting the current puzzle and talking about the previous puzzle while she was timing him. > Hi all, > Would you be willing to help me out? Guest guest
, This teacher doesn't know enough about AS, because there are different levels of AS. Tell her she needs to read more on AS. Guest guest
The psychologist at my sons school recently told me he couldn't possible have Aspergers because transitions aren't " ALWAYS " difficult for him. This after we were already over 100 days into the school year and my son had memorized his schedule and is often prompt 5 to ten minutes before a transition happens. connie taylor <korea_48446@...> wrote:, This teacher doesn't know enough about AS, because there are different levels of AS.
