Guest guest Posted May 12, 2004 Report Share Posted May 12, 2004 After only a couple of days of Immunocal n had a night of throwing up -- I think a stomach virus, but I'm easing him back on supps since his stomach is tender. I do think Immunocal does something. I get a kind of smooth energy from it, not speedy or coffee-like, if that makes sense. But it's really expensive and hard to find a way to eat it that tastes OK. It kind of foams up and makes me gag even though the taste is bland. So more questions. Would cooking with whey ruin it? Could you say which properties to look for and which to avoid so I can look for something cheaper? The hfs has bulk whey, worth a try?
