yeast and sensitivities in NT child

I have a question that may sound a little silly. Is is possible for

a sibling of a ASD child to have some of the same yeast and or

dietary issues to a lesser degree, with simililar symptoms that an

ASD child would have. My older son is very hyper and tantromy at

times and I noticed a red ring around his ummmm. He gets red ears

and dark circles under his eyes (which his asd brother does not get)

and he is very very gassy. I am planning on bringing him in for

allergy tests but I wonder if he could be having some of the

sensitivities and yeast. My other son is on a GFCF diet my older

son is not.
