<<Anyway, how do you guys do it without going crazy from dealing with people

butting in?

Actually it was easier when my kids were younger, before they saw the crap

the other kids eat...I guess it got easier for me when my family and close

friends SAW with their own eyes the difference it made in Josh, and how

quickly he reacted when he ate something bad. My mom, in particular, still

bugs me about it, but I don't know, I just figure I'm more informed than she

is. She eats like crap, and pays for it (I believe) with fibromyalgia and a

host of other complaints. And to each his own, I mean, it's none of my

business if she wants to eat donuts and candy all day, and none of hers if

I'm eating fruit and organic stuff.

As far as the kids disliking me...heh heh heh, they'll find some reason for

it, so while they're in my house they can eat what I say, lol! I explain my

reasons for it, and when they're adults they can make their own food

choices, and again, it won't be my business at that point.

For gut bugs have you tried " Primal Defense " ?? I have found that to be most

helpful to my kids but I had to add it VERY slowly!!!! now the little ones 7

and 9 years old take two or three a day. The 14 year old who weighs 183 took 12

a day for three months and now taked 4 a day. I was very surprized at how much

changed for them with this probiotic. They had taken a few other probiotics

but the side effects were always great and we never seeemed to get past them.

Hope this helps. Laurie
