Guest guest
Hi Kim Yes the sort of thing you describe is common. Stimming may be his way of dealing with changes in the way he feels since enzymes. In general adjsutments are usually over in the 3-4 weeks timeframe, often sooner. has some info about it on her site _www.enzymestuff.com_ (http://www.enzymestuff.com) HTH Mandi in UK Just curious....can regression happen when starting enzymes? I have started on cellulase and protease. He sleeps pretty well and we have not seen much else, except that he stims much more now than when we started. He is also more fussy and just " not there " . Is it common to regress at first, and if so, how long until improvements, if any occur?

Guest guest
Very common. Multitude of possible reasons, just depends on your little guy, they all fall into different catagories for regression and reasons why. I'd buy DeFelice's book Enzymes for Autism. She devotes a great deal of info. regarding regression, how to mediate it and how to explore whether it's a fleeting thing to be overcome, or a result of something else. regression when starting enzymes? > > Just curious....can regression happen when starting enzymes?
