I know even the milk that is hormone free is still not that good for you.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good milk with nutrients for my 2 boys.

The ONLY milk worth drinking at all is full-fat raw milk from organic

grass-fed cows. Otherwise, it is all just junk. Pasteurization

destroys enzymes, denatures milk proteins, kills beneficial bacteria,

destroys vitamins B12 and B6 and diminishes all other vitamin content

and promotes pathogens. Homogenization alters butterfat and has been

linked to heart disease. " Organic " milk from the store may not have

pesticides or hormones in it, but it is highly processed, even more

than regular pasteurized milk. Drink raw milk or avoid it like the

plague!

Are you looking for a brand of milk in a certain area? or a milk

substitute?

We use a region milk without the added preservative in the vitamin A

palmitate ( kson). Whole milks don't contain this, but

some of the skim and low fat milks do. In organic blends, Horizon is

sold in lots of grocers. You might check on some local/region brands.

For yogurts, we use the Dannon Danaminals because it doesn't have the

added artificials in it. Some people have local goat milk producers

in their area, if you want to consider that.

I can think of a many, many reasons there would be anger/rage issues

in low income areas beside milk products. Sounds like this dr has his

own agenda being pushed.
