Hi ,

Well, the thing about raw milk is that it can be hard to track down.

You can buy it in some health food stores in California (where I live),

New Mexico and Connecticut. I like either Organic Pastures or

Claravale dairies. If you do not live in any of those states you need

one of these things: your own cow or goat at your home (Don't laugh-- I

would do it if my neighborhood were zoned for cows!), proximity to an

organic farm which will sell you the milk, or some states have

" cow-share " cooperatives where you and several others own the cow or

goat and keep it at a nearby farm where it is milked for you. Things

will change only if consumer demand increases. Sadly, most people are

completely unaware how bad commercial pasteurized milk is for them. And

many who cannot tolerate pasteurized milk do just fine on raw milk.

To top things off, those in need of government assistance are pumped full of

milk products. My DAN! doctor strongly feels this is a direct link to

anger/rage issues many see in lower income areas.
