Guest guest
I have been posting quite a few questions in the last couple of days. I just began Houston's enzymems AFP petizide and Zyme Prime and have a very hyper sensitive boy. He is more visually sensitive and will not listen to his listening therapy (which he normally loves) the earphones come right off. He is afraid of his ceiling fan, which he has overcome a while go. He was taking Kirkmans Enzyme Complete prior to these for about 2 months. .. I give him 1 capsule of each at each meal. I break them open and mix them with a little water and give it to him in a syringe. I gave him 1 capsule of Kirman's at each meal before starting these. (Kirkmans had most of the ingredients in 1 capsule) I do not give him one at snack time since he does not eat much and what I give him is definately GFCF. My son is on the GFCF diet and has been for 1 year. Should I only be giving him 1/2 capsule of each? He is 3 years old and weighs approx. 38 lbs. I know I need to try this for 3 weeks but I just hope this is a temporary adjustment not a sensitivity to the enzyme. He seemed fine with Kirkmans and I noticed the ingredients are about the same. The effectiveness of Kirkmans seemed to lessen after the first 3 weeks and I heard that Houstons were better so I decided to try them. Any Suggestions? Thanks. My son is on the GFCF diet and has been for 1 > year. It might be that OTHER foods in the snack item are causing problems. You might consider giving a half-dose of enzymes with the snacks also, see if that helps. Or, he might not tolerate certain foods, even with enzymes. > Should I only be giving him 1/2 capsule of each? He is 3 years old > and weighs approx. 38 lbs. You can try that.
