Guest guest
Hmmm.... Let's see. What are some of the hallmarks of a critical thinker? - Dismissing a 200 year old medical tradition (ie homeopathy) with an impressive safety record and clinical trials (called " provings " in this venue) simply because you haven't taken the time to investigate it (or don't respect your audience here enough to demonstrate that you have investigated it)? - Making brash generalizations about the intellectual integrity of board members who actively post their experiences, and share the trial and error/empirical knowledge they have acquired in the hopes it might help someone else, all the while dismissing the thousands of hours of acquired research some parents here have accumulated? - Dismissing out of hand the vast body of scientific evidence in support of enzyme therapy? If you have doubts, suspicions, queries, and want to think critically about the issues discussed on this board, why not try it? That is to say, why not muster some civility and engage the list constructively on the issues that are of concern to you? I can't for the life of me imagine how it will help anyone - or anyone's child - for any member of this board to lob " low balls " into the crowd. Sincerely, Josie _______________________________________________ When I first visited this board, I thought it was set up to promote a certain enzyme manufacturer. But, reading along for quite some time now, I don't think this is true. Instead, I think it's better to characterize most board members as being honest, BUT not being able to " think critically " . It's virtually impossible what the person below stated about homeopathy: " we are very pleased with the results so far " . He'll get a million dollars IF what he tells is not a lie. But the worst thing is that I'm afraid the same idea holds for " we are very pleased with the results of taking Houston Enzymes so far " .
