Hi

You are seeing sign of yeast and/or bacteia by what you describe below.

Does she have smelly poops?

Does she eat a lot of sweet things?

Does the giggling seem out of context?

Has the head banging always been an issue or only since enzymes?

If these symptoms have arisn since you started thew enzymes, I would suspect

you have some chronic die off going on. This happended to my son, we treated

for yeast and things improved.

Mum to Sam 7, 47XYY, Autism, Heavy Metal Toxcity, off diet with HNI 4 years,

chelating with Cutler protocol :)

Enzymes are designed to heal the gut (leaky gut) but how does one

know if the child has a leaky gut to start with? I am so confused

by this issue because I give my daughter the ZP, NF & AFP (7 weeks

now) and do not see an improvement..... (still dark circles around

eys, hyperness, giggling, head banging etc). I have added epsom

salts (foot soak) to her routine, but I still see no change. It was

suggested that maybe she has a yeast/bacteria problem, but what

should I be looking for to detect where it's a yeast & /or bacteria

problem?

Thanks for you reply Mandi. Only on occasions does she have smelly poops. She

doesn't have a sweet tooth, but I am not saying that she doesn't have sweet

things (chocolate & fuzzy drinks but as a treat). The giggling isn't out of

context, but it definately has got worse (doing this more then usual). As for

the head banging, she has always done this from an early age..... this was one

of the things i was hoping would improve once on the enzymes.

Some kids have behavior reactions only.

One good way it to try to determine if foods are affecting your

child's behaviors [or bms].

She might be eating foods and/or supplements which the enzymes don't

address.

One of s boys used to headbang before enzymes. Perhaps tiitle up a mail

for her about it. I think they use some meds too. It must be awful to see

you child doing this, fingers crossed ny Sam never starts. I'd be thinking maybe

bacteria or parasites rather than yeast for her.

There is a good OTC supps for this (will take ot yeast also if its there)

called Biocidin. Its a yucky tasting herbal mix which you can only get from USA

or Brakespear hospital in UK. Have a look at the website, if you are

interested maybe you could try mine before you order to make sure she'll take

it. It

seems expesive but it lasts ages. I have the advanced kind and the original.

One is heavy on garlic (I prefer that one) the other is heavy on the oreganol

- smells like pizza LOL

>>Dana I think you said your son did this and it went away after the

yeast cleared up.

No, my son never had this problem.

Yeast can cause head slapping/banging tho.

>>He's getting about 6 drops of GSE a day, but I'm not seeing notable

differences.

When my son had " brain yeast " from the Lauricidin, it required GSE

plus uva ursi to get rid of it. Try adding a little uva ursi to the

GSE and see if that helps.
