Then you only need one product anyway. You can open the capsules and mix the enzymes with any food or drink. And then click the capsule back together if there is unused enzymes for later. With enzymes, the number of ingredients isn't important. It is *which* ingredients are included and how they interact. More is not better at all with enzymes. If you don't know what you are doing you can put enzymes in that cancel each other out. But overall the proof is in the pudding, so to speak. I am confused though on what to start with...should I just get one first like the Peptizyde or maybe just the Zyme Prime?? Or should I just start with the No Fenol one? thanks for info. My son does tend to have a lot of gas and bloating, sometimes his stomach is hard and round like he is pregnant! Do these enzymes cause weight gain though? My son ate an enormous amount of food until I started enzymes and then removed the foods he still did not tolerate, even with enzymes. So enzymes may be able to help your child with his over-eating, altho you might find that you still need to remove foods. Good luck.
