Terri,

We are just starting my son on Brainchild vitamins and minerals. We

are only giving it at two meals and working up pretty slowly. We

are on day 6 (1/4 tsp of each at breakfast and lunch) and his reflux

has come back. Typically (sorry if this is too graphic), he throws-

up after drinking. Doesn't matter if it is juice or water, but if

he drinks a fair amount and then burps, it all comes back up.

Today, he vomited about 2-3 hours after breakfast, and still had

food in it, so I know it is coming from down in the stomach (if that

makes sense). Other than that, I'm not seeing any negative

reactions to the supplements. Actually, thinking I am seeing some

positives. He seems stronger, a little more verbal, and overall

just in a better mood. The only other reaction I am seeing is a

little more lethargic/tired. A friend who is an herbalist mentioned

that that isn't uncommon if he is so deficient in B vitamins instead

of making him hyper, they will calm him down since he is actually

absorbing them??? Not sure I get that. Anyway, should I just stay

the course and see if the reflux works itself out? Should I not

increase the dose until I see the reflux stop? He is 37 lbs and I

was planning on working up to two full doses at breakfast and lunch

before introducing the dinner dose. Just worried about upsetting

sleep and since he has sleep issues anyway, I didn't want to add to

the problems. Thanks for your guidance!
