My second question has to do with enzmes. Rather than buy Pep and

Zyme, has anyone tried Garden of Life's Omega Zyme? To keep things

simple, a broad spectrum enzyme seems to make more sense right now.

Any thoughts?

It would depend on what your purpose for taking enzymes is. If it is to help

with the breakdown of gluten and casein, you need the Pep. BTW, Zyme is a

broad spectrum enzyme. While I like Garden of Life products, with the enzymes, I

stick with Houstons.

I use Omegazyme for myself and my daughter and I find it to be a

wonderful product. I buy the bulk canister and just sprinkle it on

food and it works great. Garden of Life tends to be pricey but well

worth it for the quality. My daughter also takes Primal Defense,

Goatein, Perfect Food, Super Seed and Olde Icelandic Cod Liver Oil, all

from Garden of Life. I take all of those as well, plus their vitamins

and minerals and Fruits of Life. All excellent.

All the GOL supps. sounds like my house. I haven't tried the

Icelandic Oil...does it taste ok? Also, you didn't mention a

multiple from GOL for your daughter. I was debating which one to

give my kids ages 8 and 10.

I also didn't know the Omega Zyme came in powder. I guess I just

wasn't looking for it before. I def. think I will try powder....it

seems more convenient. I appreciate your response.
