Hi Everyone,

I need to give my daughter some GSE and wanted to know

where I can find activated charcoal? Will it be at a

pharmacy or a health food store? What is the brand name?

I've read several postings which said that it can help

with die-off. How soon after the GSE should I give it and

is that once a day?\
