Guest guest
i do not recommend unmodifyed scd. the pecan bread board like autism mercury is censored and you just can not plain believe what is said. censorship means they are excluding something why? its the proverbial mushroom story so take the scd science , look at principles and go from there. i have taken a lot from both boards including a fundamental insight inot the nature of sulphur and minerals transport flow from andy culter but if i followed thier advice i would not be where i am today. forget sweeteners, 300 hundered years ago children lived quite happily without these. scd has a ketonic bias so you need to understand the role of dairy fats in supporting blood suagr and frequent snacks etc. the nut flours are a mistake the veg thing means there is a leaky gut and liver and thyroid issues i can only put this stuff on a webpage if you haven't got a hour to spare.............. the gut innate immue system is where its at and i know see that some of the chealotrs have run into the ceiling of what they were doing and are just going in circles because the fundamental mineral and broad based supplementation and scd issues were never addressed the big weakenss of scd is tha lack of anabolics in whey so i really would look at trying to toelrate why and perhaps immunocal might be the easiest toerated. eliminating grains, potatotes and non diary scd illegals is mostly right overdosing on squash and carrots is wrong > > > > > > stevia has steriods in i think and i would be cautious with it. > its > > scd illegal. > > I got the gist-thanks, .
