Try giving the enzymes BEFORE the meal. This will allow more time for

the enzymes to be breaking down food in the stomach. If that doesn't

help, try giving more enzymes before eating. Digestion should be

improving over time as the gut heals with continued enzyme use too.

For my kids, this would have meant they were still eating foods the

enzymes were not digesting. I used all three HNI enzymes, then

removed any foods which I still saw undigested in the bm, or that

still caused behavior or other issues. This worked for me.

dana, thank you for your reply. all three enzymes are zyme prim, no

phenol and what is the other one you use?? did you give all three

during a meal or after or before a meal??? thanks dana cheyrl

Peptizyde. I don't use that one much anymore, but the other two I

still use for supplements.

I opened capsules and mixed into peanut butter. I do this with all

supplements. When my kids needed enzymes with food [they don't need

enzymes with food anymore, just with certain supplements], I gave the

mixture just before they started eating.
