Guest guest
I used to put mine in the freezer - 2 weeks that way Mandi in UK have been making chocolate " candies " out of AFP Peptizyde, Zyme Prime and No-Fenol, using melted chocolate chips, making 36 portions at a time, refrigerating them. Does anyone know how long these will last in the fridge?

Guest guest
Well, this might be a problem for you, b/c I am buying this in Israel. HOWEVER, I KNOW there are carob chips (like chocolate chips) in the States. I would just start searchin at the health food stores. Or maybe even check on line. Good Luck! natomei <natomei@...> wrote: > I just wanted to add that I used sugar free carob spread to make " chocolate drops " and froze them. Do look at some of the 'health food' vendors you may not have considered in the past. At the natural health product shows I went to there were a number of people offering: - sugar free chocolate (some flavored!) - chocolate sweetened with honey and alternate sweeteners - carob products - milk chocolate with or without cow dairy - dark chocolates which can have health benefits on their own - organic chocolates, if you are into that Sorry I didn't pay more attention because I didn't know someone would be interested in that. If I find some literature on it, I will post it, but some goggling may turn something up. .
