It may be a difference in her ability to process the two, even though they

are quite similar. My son could eat all the turkey he wanted when he was

small, but would laugh like a loon and flick his fingers in front of his

face when he had chicken. Cooking the chicken in lemon juice, or squeezing

it on afterward stopped those kinds of reactions.
