(& all) I need advice on how to make sure enzymes aren't working

Hi ( & all),

My son has been GF/CF for 6 months now and on AFP and ZP for about 3

months. Every time I have planned a casein infraction I have given 2-

3 AFP chewables and he still has a whiny, crying episode about 4

hours later.

The 2 times I have planned a gluten infraction, I have again given 2-

3 chewable AFP's. Three and a half days later, he has another

crying, whiny episode and seems like his stomach hurts.

I really want enzymes to work, but so far my son's track record is

not good. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to give all 3

enyzmes with every infraction? I would love some advice on what else

to try. I have read the book and it seems like enzymes should work,

but I'm not sure what else to try.
