Guest guest
Thanks Dana, I can always count on you! He is already taking Vit E and just started the Glut cream, so I think we should be in good shape.Eileen
Guest guest
Hi everyone: I just recd s Microbiology Profile for Yeast and Parasites and much to my suprise he has very little yeast. Actually some were seen microscopically, but it was normal profile. Beneficial Bacteria was poor. Dysbiotic Bacteria was none and Imbalance was none. Listed on Bacterial Culture was Beneficial flora was Bifidobacer 1+, E. coli 4+, Lactobacillus 1+ and listed on Yeast Culture was No Yeast isolated. He was prescibed Diflucan for 4 weeks along with Advanced Biocidin for 3 months and ADP for 3 months. Primal Defense for 6 months. I have to tell you I was really suprised by this. Now I dont know what the heck is going on with him urinating. Last night he was crying a little when he was urinating with very little urination and it is clear. I tried getting a call into his primary to bring him in to see if they can figure out what is going on but they are gone for the weekend. I will call and make an appointment on Monday. In the meantime do any of you have any ideas? I am really really stumped. I thought for sure he was loaded with yeast. Could it be the selenium or glutatione cream I added to prepare him for amalgam removals? It started prior to this tho! Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks EIleen
Guest guest
Not all forms of yeast cultures well. He could be loaded with yeast but tests suck. I actually had clumps of yeast from my colon sent to the lab to be cultured but they never grew. They couldn't tell what kind I had. My gut was loaded with it. I used to get a lot of burning with my urine but no bacteria showed up. It seemed yeast related. I was put on Nystatin and it helped some but if I ate something I shouldn't I got this awful burning and the need to pee and I would only dribble. The only thing helped me was taking dandelion root tablets. I don't know if it killed the yeast in my urinary tract or corrected the pH? Don't know. But since I had my fillings replaced and chelated for almost a year I hardly ever need to take dandelion. Sometimes I take it when I feel I am having bile problems. I also got lots of pressure in my back on the right side where my kidney is. Don't know if it was my liver trying to detox bad stuff through the bowel or some kind of kidney issue with yeast or what. I don't have this complaint anymore. I would still look for other causes that could be medical causes. But it is a crying shame how much agony this problem with yeast, toxic metals and chemical toxins do to our body without anything showing up in a test. If you don't feel you want to try dandelion root then you could look at some other alternative ways to help stimulant the kidneys to detox. Guest guest
No not yet because he got so hyper on such a little bit the first time around. I was even trying to think if the laughing was associated with food for a phenol intolerance but I cant pinpoint that one. Eileen > You were working on adding enzymes, have you added No Fenol yet? Guest guest
Working on my son's yeast can cause frequent urination - putting him on nystatin increased it. No moaning though - maybe your son's urine is acidic? Also, have you considered the possibility of kidney stones? Sorry if you have - I missed the earlier part of this thread. Guest guest
Yes I have considered Kidney stones when I posted about this problem a few weeks ago when it first started. I am going to mention this to doc next week. Funny you mentioned acid, I posted how his aggression is always helped by Alka Seltza Plus which I have not had to use in awhile and I was thinking that what I was seeing as a reaction to a new supp may have been an acidic stomach! I dont know, guesssing at this point. I remeber my grandfather living on bicarbonate and my fathers family including me have really messed up stomach's. Although mine has been fine since I had my ulcer taken care of. Thanks Eileen Hi everyone: I just recd s Microbiology Profile for Yeast and > Parasites and much to my suprise he has very little yeast. Guest guest
Make sure what you are feeding your child isn't feeding the yeast. There is a candida diet which is mainly very low carb. Especially no refined carbs. Limited fruit because all forms of sugar feeds yeast. And here is another crazy thing with yeast. The yeast I have might feed off of food that your yeast doesn't. So you will find what seems to be discrepancies in diet. Also consider that not all antifungals, even natural products kill off all yeast. I was on a candida group and found many antifungals that helped other people to actually feed the yeast in other persons! So that is why having a test is helpful. If you can identify the yeast then the lab can make a determination on which products will kill it and which products might feed it. So when test results don't show much it is all about trying one product after another. But one at a time! Also strange as it is. Foods that a person is sensitive to can feed yeast. Another member mentioned enzymes. They are helpful at digesting the food and also there are some kinds of enzymes that digest the yeast also. If you think your son is having bad symptoms due to die-off of the dead yeast then give him a laxative to get the junk out. I usually took a mini enema. Head and body immediately feels better. The change in him with the Alka Seltzer indicates something. I forget but it was mentioned some time last winter. Perhaps acid environment in the gut. Hope another member recalls this and jumps in and explains it. Enzymes help reduce gas in the gut that is caused by food not digesting. It is painful when it doesn't come out, I experienced that. Stomach will bloat and get very hard. I don't understand why the gas doesn't pass? But it doesn't.
