Yeast

Hi,

I was just wondering...if there's any possibility that my son has a

yeast problem, does that need to be addressed first before trying gfcf

or enzymes? My son has been on antibiotics MANY times (seems like ALL

the time) during his life, so I suspect that is part of our problem.

He's had so many antibiotics that his teeth are *very* yellow (beyond

repair short of bleaching, I think). He is now sick again (has a

fever of 102-103), probably with a virus...so hopefully we won't have

to resort to antibiotics.

Are probiotics something that one can do without the DAN! doctor? If

so, which ones are good to do? Will they completely resolve the

yeast, or do we need something prescribed for that? Do your kids

pediatricians tend to have any objections to your using the

probiotics? Also, do probiotics prevent antibiotics from working when

they're needed?

TIA,

Laurel
