I believe some parents have reported they've seen even better

progress with Pep than AFP. That papain and bromelain are supposed

to be great enzymes if your child can tolerate them. Sure wish my ds

could!

This is what Devin Houston has said is his opinion. The AFP isn't a

lot less, just some. And the AFP is still much much better than most

alternatives.

It might be the papain or bromelain is doing something else that is

beneficial besides just breaking down the proteins. HNI now sells a

pure bromelain product and papaya and bromelain alone are in HFS. If

anyone tries adding in one of these in addition to their regular

enzyme program, please post your experience.

What is the name of the pure bromelain product? I'm about to place my

monthly order and would like to order this as well.

For my kids, this would have meant they did not tolerate the enzyme.

Good luck.
