,

My son started on enzymes, Zyme Prime and AFP Peptizyde, around the

middle of March, for malabsorption. Anyway, he takes both products

with every single meal, including snacks, and we haven't seen any

hyperactivity at all.

When we first started with enzymes I read that some children do not

need as much B6 when they take enzymes because they are now

absorbing it from their food. Well, my son takes a large amount of

B6 in his morning supplement (300 mg) plus 50 mg of P5P and still we

haven't seen any hyperactivity. What does this mean? Is it a bad

sign? Is he still not absorbing correctly? He takes one capsule of

Zyme Prime and AFP Peptizyde before breakfast, lunch and dinner and

1/2 capsule of each before snacks.

By the way, he does not have pyroluria.

What do you think is going on? Not that I'm complaining that he

hasn't been hyperactive. Just wondering why he isn't with so much

B6 plus all these enzymes.

Thanks,

Theresa
