RE: Gluten/casein back in diet

We never were gluten free, and with enzymes I never see a problem. My

son can't have casein regularly -- we still do at least two meals and

all snacks CF -- but now we can attend pizza parties, have birthday

cake, or eat out with enzymes and he has no problem.

I also take AFP, and am able to eat just about any dairy I want without

problems.
