They will break down the chocolate too BUT not if they are frozen or kept

very cold. My son used to eat his frozen at school coz if they got them out of

ther freezer earlier then some other kid would snitch them LOL

Mandi in UK

Also - and this is probably a really stupid question - but am I right

in assuming that the enzymes don't break down the chocolate if

you make wafers - like they break down other foods. With other

stuff like juice it says about 4 hours - but the directions for wafers

say they are good for about 2 weeks. Do they need to stay

frozen and then thawed just before you use them.

I started with just one meal and day (happened to be breakfast which

is her smallest meal) for a few days then added another meal for a

few days etc. I went very slow-1/4 capsule first, slowly adding to

each meal. Then I went to 1/2 capsule at one meal and every couple

days upped it at another meal until we were finally at a full capsule

at each meal. It was very slow to work up to all 3 kinds at every

meal but we didn't have any problems this way.

Thanks - I just wrote out a schedule to see how it would pan out

that way. I know I will probably have to adjust as we go - but

having it written out helps.

We are doing zyme prime first - 1/2 cap at each meal - so far - no

noticeable difference - but its only been 3 days. I think the

peptizyde might do more, but zyme prime sounded easier to start

with.

I didn't order the no-phenol - but I'm wondering if I should. I really

don't even know if we have food issues - but I was so intrigued

when I read 's book - We decided to give enzymes a try.

We had such awful results with Adderal and Straterra - anything

has to be better. (We're trying this for ADHD-non attentive).. he

has also in the past had some sound sensitivity issues - but has

seemed to outgrown this problem. Only shows up a little in new

situations - like the beginning of a school year. Went away much

faster this year.

I would love to hear from anyone else on starting Peptizyde.

Thanks Sue
