Guest guest
I just ordainry chocolate and did not have a problem with them melting - I gave them to him straight out of the freezer and school had supplies which they also kept frozen until use. You can get flexible ice wraps intended for wine cooling which may be useful to wrap around a small vessel for transporting to school if they need to go in a lunchbox. I would highly recommend trying them in a drink first *sports type bottle so he/she doesn;t see them) because making the things is time consuming and the sugar content is not a good idea long term. Good luck Mandi in UK I've been keeping up with the reading for the past couple of weeks, since there were two requests for info on chocolate wafers. I searched the archives for several months too. My enzymes are due to arrive soon and I'm going the chocolate wafer route. I read the enzymestuff website and saw the general directions. BUT, please, someone who is successfully using the wafers, without them melting very quickly, give us the specific directions for making these. My son doesn't eat any foods that you could sprinkle on or mix in - he eats crackers, cereal bars, fish sticks, and french fries plus the occasional banana, apple, or pear slice. Thanks very much, Mel
Guest guest
I used ordinary chocolate (using the enzyme itself for the C & G) melted over a bowl of water, drooped a little into an ice cube tray, added the enzymes and a few other supps he wouldnt; take any other way (including CLO - yuckydo) more choc on top, stirred with a cocktail stick and froze overnight. Bashed and banged them out the next day and then stored them in the freezer until they were needed. My son was so excited to get chocolate, he didn;t care that they were very cold Mandi in UK I've been keeping up with the reading for the past couple of weeks, since there were two requests for info on chocolate wafers. Guest guest
Thanks so much. What's the " C & G " ? The ice cube tray idea is great! Thanks again, Mel > I used ordinary chocolate (using the enzyme itself for the C & G) melted over a bowl of water, drooped a little into an ice cube tray, added the enzymes and a few other supps he wouldnt; take any other way (including CLO - yuckydo) more choc on top, stirred with a cocktail stick and froze overnight.
