Guest guest
hello anyone and andrew , i don't know if someone or andrew is willing to answer this one, but to be safe i post this... i re-read everything from andrew's page...it's difficult , especially because i'm not english speaking and made a little plan for the next few days i think it's best to (re-arrange) start with this: - 1 tablet solgar MOLYBDENUM 150µmg (evening time?) - 3 times a day 1/4 capsule (30mg) OPTICZINC a day 15 mintues after meals - 1 (or 2?) times a day 1/4 capsule (4mg) COPPER SEBACATE couple of hours after a big meal - 100 mg CHELATED MAGNESIUM in the morning with food (?) and - VIT C. 1000 mg a day (morning) - Solgar B-COMPLEX 50µmg (mrning) - MSM ??? does anyone know more about good amounts etc - fish oil (EYE-Q) omega 3 (first 12 weeks 6 capsules a day) and later when i have more money - selenium - manganese - calcium ??? (i really can't get a grip on understanding what amounts to take) - enzymes and a hair test and amalgan removal does this looks okay ??! have to start somewhere ! greetz . willem. Guest guest
becuase you have amalgams i would go for the selenium first. its a port in the storm of mercury toxicity. molybdenum i take in the morning, extra molybdenum can be taken during the day if needed. thats way to much vitamin c, needs to be say 10 -20 mg amounts (ester c powder seems ok) four or five times a day. msm is similar to vitamin c to take, very small amounts frequently needs a touch of vitamin c with it because its highly oxidsing. the b complex should be cut down to maybe into 1/8ths i much prefer to get calcium frrm cheese and dairy. manganese supplementation is really needed as well if you are supplmenting magnesium, its not expensive as per my web page because the amounts are small. with amalgams in you are facing a difficult situtation of declining function, all i can say about selenium is it gives the breather to get on with things. > > hello anyone and andrew , > > i don't know if someone or andrew is willing to answer this one, > but to be safe i post this... > > i re-read everything from andrew's page...it's difficult , especially > because i'm not english speaking and made a little plan for the next few > days > > i think it's best to (re-arrange) start with this: > > > - 1 tablet solgar MOLYBDENUM 150µmg (evening time?) > - 3 times a day 1/4 capsule (30mg) OPTICZINC a day 15 mintues after meals > - 1 (or 2?) times a day 1/4 capsule (4mg) COPPER SEBACATE couple of hours > after a big meal > - 100 mg CHELATED MAGNESIUM in the morning with food (?) > > and > - VIT C. 1000 mg a day (morning) > - Solgar B-COMPLEX 50µmg (mrning) > - MSM ??? does anyone know more about good amounts etc > - fish oil (EYE-Q) omega 3 (first 12 weeks 6 capsules a day) > > and later when i have more money > - selenium > - manganese > - calcium ??? Guest guest
hi andrew, thanks for ur reply.. i re-read again :-) ur page to understand ur answer but i don't find all the answers.. i wonder why u think vit. c is toxic ? i just read months (not allt he time) of studies that say vit. c is needed in much higher doses... and because i'm always sceptical i thought 1000 mg was good...some studies talked about 8000 mg a day... the studies of linus pauling etc... (although i'm sceptical about him) a lot of othomoculair studies about the vit. b i didn't find a explination too, i was tested some months ago on hpu (http://www.hputest.nl/ewhat.htm) , it a kind of poluuria illness, i wonder if they are in the good direction about the why's of the illness, i see it as a result of other things malfunctioning, but the effect is that u're loosing b-vitamins and u can get tested by it... i believe a lot of autists have this kind of illness-thing like polluria, or whatever the name is... and therefore is the vit. b when i started taking vit.b my headspinning got much quieter (especiially before going to bed, i used to get 1000 thought on the same time , it made me going nuts) ... i also was having a cold every month or so, for a week, always, even in the summer, this stopped with vitamin intake (vit. c?) i never get in time anywhere, since the b-vitamins i come in time... what is really weird because on a mental way i couldn't do it , i tried it for years on a mental way, it didn't work, i came to late...or i had to get readdy more then one hour before... just some small things... anyway i'm interested in the theories behind your explination... oh, and on one way, i always read a lot of good things about msm, but my mental never really wants to take it, and i don't know why, i can't really motivate myself to take a lot of msm...maybe this is a instinct-kind of way saying to myself it's not totally good (?) u know more about glucosamine ? i would help with restoring the gut and a lot of other things... i think u're totally right about the amalgans, i have to start saving money to get them out... greetings... willem. > Message: 8 > Date: Wed, 21 Jul 2004 00:19:14 -0000 > From: " andrew " <alevin@...> > Subject: Re: zinc/copper/molybd/magnesium > > > > becuase you have amalgams i would go for the selenium first. its a > port in the storm of mercury toxicity. > > molybdenum i take in the morning, extra molybdenum can be taken > during the day if needed. > > thats way to much vitamin c, needs to be say 10 -20 mg amounts (ester > c powder seems ok) four or five times a day. > > msm is similar to vitamin c to take, very small amounts frequently > needs a touch of vitamin c with it because its highly oxidsing. > > the b complex should be cut down to maybe into 1/8ths > > i much prefer to get calcium frrm cheese and dairy. > > manganese supplementation is really needed as well if you are > supplmenting magnesium, its not expensive as per my web page because > the amounts are small. > > with amalgams in you are facing a difficult situtation of declining > function, all i can say about selenium is it gives the breather to > get on with things. > > > > > > >> >> hello anyone and andrew , >> >> i don't know if someone or andrew is willing to answer this one, >> but to be safe i post this... >> >> i re-read everything from andrew's page...it's difficult , > especially >> because i'm not english speaking and made a little plan for the > next few >> days >> >> i think it's best to (re-arrange) start with this: >> >> >> - 1 tablet solgar MOLYBDENUM 150µmg (evening time?) >> - 3 times a day 1/4 capsule (30mg) OPTICZINC a day 15 mintues after > meals >> - 1 (or 2?) times a day 1/4 capsule (4mg) COPPER SEBACATE couple of > hours >> after a big meal >> - 100 mg CHELATED MAGNESIUM in the morning with food (?) >> >> and >> - VIT C. 1000 mg a day (morning) >> - Solgar B-COMPLEX 50µmg (mrning) >> - MSM ??? does anyone know more about good amounts etc >> - fish oil (EYE-Q) omega 3 (first 12 weeks 6 capsules a day) >> >> and later when i have more money >> - selenium >> - manganese >> - calcium ???
