Guest guest
It's day 2 of bad poops with my son again. He's been GFCF since Oct., and is currently just taking a probiotic, CLO, and we just started Houstin Zyme Prime last week. Within a day of starting the Zyme Prime, his poops were formed & perfect! Now, since Thurs. night he's been having the bright mustard colored poops that are very loose & have that horrendous smell. They seem to have one of two types of consistancy... either watery & yellow, or very mushy (lumpy like cottage cheese), yellow, & so much of it that it goes right up his back! YUCK! Does this mean something specific?? Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Guest guest
The yellowy mustardy cottage cheesy poops are often yeast (and we know them well around here!). I know the ZP isn't supposed to tackle yeast like the Pep and No-Fenol.but maybe something got stirred up form some other source?? Yet Another Poop Question - descriptive, sorry! This was a bacteria problem for my son. It can also be food/s or supplement/s that he does not tolerate, even with enzymes. Dana
Guest guest
Hey, no apology needed. You can get a lot of information from studying stools. Farmers been doing it for centuries. Does sound like die-off/yeast reactions. As a check, what type of changes in stool did you see when going GFCF and with probiotics? Those also can impact the yeast environment. .
