Guest guest Posted July 19, 2004 Report Share Posted July 19, 2004 i sleep about six and a half hours, what works best is to sleep an hour in the day as well its actually more efficent to sleep twice like that and some cultures like spain actually did that or used to. i will sleep eight hours or more at a stretch if i have a virus so i think its a devlopmental issue and no easy workaround. cause my brain developed on a state of me being a lot less healthy than i am now its like a permanent issue, its tuned to making me sleep egith hours on being unhealthier so the healthier i get the less i sleep. lithium helps quite a bit though. > > > I live in Elma, Washington it is 8:51 am.
