Guest guest
I started both my children on the AFP Peptizyde this week. My 6 year old with autism started on Thursday with 1 capsule per meal, and semed to be tolerating it fine, but today had a HUGE loose, grainy bm with some undigested food in it. What is this all about? He is also on flagyl and ketoconazole, so that may be playing into this as well (die off?) My 3 year old neurotypical son started on the AFP Pep (but the chewable one) on Thursady. Every time I give his this with his meal, about an hour later he throws up and has diarrhea. What could be happening here? After the first vomiting episode, I cut the dose back to 1/2 tablet, and he still threw up and had perfuse diarrhea. Is the Pep just so strong that it goes in and " cleans house " , like a drain cleaner? Is this what I am seeing? Both kids are generally loose stool kids, but nothing like what I am seeing the last few days. Please help! Beth
