Guest guest
>>>>but also can see that extensive supplimentation is not a straight road. It makes sense to put in the right fuel to start if you can figure out what that is. , You are soooo right. Nutrition is basically a 2 step process. The first step is to put nutrition in your body through something your body regards as actual food. It can't do much with non-nutritious stuff. The second step is getting the nutrition you put in your mouth to get into your body. Just because it goes down your throat doesn't mean it is really IN your body. It isn't IN until the nutrients cross the gut lining in an appropriate form. You can eat a junk-filled GFCF diet, or junk low carb diet, or junk any diet. And you can eat a nutritious version of each diet too. .
Guest guest
Does anyone know about the, is it betain hydrochloride with pepsin. My son got sent home from school today, and had the characteristic bad breath and hotness he gets when his behaviour deteriates. He is still talking clearly and doing things without a fight, for me at least. I see my son as hugely food sensitive, and it is scarey realising that because then you have to think about everything and be so carefull. It is possible that he was cross at school because he realised he does not get the same deal as the other kids. Does any one else get fed up of analysing every thing like this? Another question , what enzymes would you use on the scd diet? > > You can eat a junk-filled GFCF diet, or junk low carb diet, or junk any > diet. Guest guest
I think you are right - nothing can replace fresh raw fruits and vegetables. The problem is that we are not getting enough of them. From what I have seen and read about Juice Plus, it's not freeze dried. The demo I went to indicated it was a cold dehydration process (similar to skin drafts). That made me interested. I could send you a handful of my daughter's if you want. Or if you contact my distributor, a Jandura, I am sure she would send you a sealed supply to try, too. www.jandura.com You know what I did? I put them in a glass. I wanted to see if they were really bio-available. They started molding in the water after 4-5 days. My bio-chemist sister- in-law said that was good. My centrum vitamin was still not disolved. Anyway, just thought I would throw out my two cents. Juice Plus does not replace what you're doing, merely supplement. Hm, after reading and re-reading this, I ought to sell the stuff, haha. Eilese > I reported on this board about a transformation in my son aged four, > by following scd diet.
