What you found is about what I usually think of. Yeast symptoms can

vary widely though. Also, the die-off symptoms can be very similar to

the yeast overgrowth symptoms to begin with. Probably because

they 'stuff' yeast gives off or is contained in their cells is

roughly the same.

I don't know about a time-frame but it can take awhile.
