My kids did not tolerate anything orange or green, even with enzymes. You can try giving the green items with Zyme Prime AND No-Fenol, see if that helps. > In light of the above info (that my kids either did worse or no better with food restrictions), should I first use enzymes w/the restricted diet before I introduce new foods or should I try the enzymes immediately with some of the foods I previously eliminated? Based on my kids' issues and your description above, try the enzymes with the regular diet. >>Peas and corn are easy to recognize in my daughter's stools My kids did not tolerate peas or corn, even with enzymes, until round 70 of ALA chelation. > Also we are sugar free, trying to tackle yeast. I would like to add a certain amount of fruit back into at least my son's diet, since he won't eat vegetables. Can the enzymes allow my kids to eat fruit and still defeat the yeast? Depends on how bad the yeast is, and what type of yeast it is. Basically, try giving fruit with No-Fenol, maybe increase your yeast protocol, see if that works. Don't do too much fruit to start.
