Guest guest
Hmmm...I have only been doing the probiotic once a day with him, I will definitly up it to two and see how he does. Guest guest
, Which probiotics do you use? Lucy doesn't appear to tolerate primal defense and we're in a terrible place with constipation right now. It is not a problem of hard poop, it seems to be not tolerating something--it has gotten worse since we went up to to zp but we've done some other things too (ionic magnesium and a couple of veggies and fruits--we're trying to go SCD but she's allergic to a lot of things). Anyway, when I'm feeling brave I'd like to try some different probiotics. I'll wait til I've had happy child back for a bit. Thanks,
Guest guest
We use Perfect Colon, (old name was Perfect Stool Formula). This stuff really gets things moving. Looks thick, but it isn't, ph drinks it fine through a straw. We use this in the morning, prior to enzymes and breakfast. Then, in the evening, right before bed he gets a Culturelle capsule. The culturelle isn't a blend, like the morning one, it is just a lot of acidophilus. Hope I spelled that right. For us it's important to have both. If ph feels funky or is acting funky, I dose the Perfect Colon in the evening too. My grandmother use to chase us around with an enema bottle when we were little, and would act funny. Thank goodness I don't have to use an enema bottle on my little guy, but I think she knew a great deal, and having poo backed up in you can cause numerous issues. Guest guest
Hi , Where do you get Perfect Colon? It sounds like something I may try with . Is it a drink, do you have to drink alot? Also, I have thought about Culterelle.'s last stool test showed he had no growth of Lactobacillus and overgrowth of Staph. Aureus. Do you think Culterelle would help with this? Thanks, > We use Perfect Colon, (old name was Perfect Stool Formula). This stuff > really gets things moving. Looks thick, but it isn't, ph drinks it fine > through a straw. Guest guest
The lactobacillus is in the Perfect Colon. We order ours from the Ojibwa Tea lady, her name is . Nope, doesn't require a lot. ph gets about a teaspoon worth mixed with water. I don't know if Culturelle would help your son or not. I'm sorry. If you type Ojibwa Tea into a search engine, you'll get the website, you can either order online or call her. She's in Colorado. ----- Original Message -----
