well i take 1/4 of a tablet of the source naturals optizinc about 1/2

an hour after a meal and between two and three 1/4s a day

so at half the weight she would be 1/8th of a tablet i think

i can't rave on enough about how optizinc and the copper sebacate

work together for overall immune resistance esp the copper sebacate

as a fantastic anti viral. am taking a 1/4 tablets of copper sebacate

twice or even three times a day, seems ok or even preferred on an

emptyish stoamch.

Why do you take the zinc and copper separately? Is this because they

" compete " against each other? I may have missed it on your " mineral " page, but

do

you supplement with " all " other minerals besides calcium and iron? I plan on

re-reading through it again but it looks like you also supplement with boron,

manganese, molybdenum and occasional iodine. Do you use any selenium or

potassium? What about choline and vanadium? From what you've shared, I think

you're

able to get a lot of your supplementation through your food - liver, raw

cream, etc. which I don't have available to me in my area. Even the cream at

the

health food store has carrageen in it which is supposed to be a neurotoxin.

Is your mineral protocal only for those with " mineral transport " problems? The

reason I ask is that I'm searching online to try and find the best prices for

the individual items and I came across a multi by Source Naturals that has

the right B12 and the zinc and copper that you recommend. My daughter and

husband don't seem to have any major digestive problems and I'm wondering if

they

would be fine with a multi or is it best to separate the minerals regardless of

digestive symptoms and other issues. Thanks again for all your help.
