I'm interested in trying GSE but am a little hesitant because of how much $

I've spent on supplements only to find that the brand that I bought

processed or packaged in some way that made it ineffective (especially

probiotics). A google search only led me to websites that were selling it.

Is there reading I could do or brands available in Canada that are

recommended?

Thanks,

--- I used GSE from Nutribiotic and found that it was VERY effective

in killing yeast. Problem was that I had a bacteria problem, not

yeast. It made my bacteria problem MUCH worse.

--- 2 years later the bacteria is still a problem. I've gotten rid

of it, but since it's a trial and error thing, I end up fix something

that ain't broke and I have to start all over again. Things that

have worked for me: olive leaf extract, mastic gum, lots of yogurt,

manuka honey, probiotics(I haven't figured out which one works best

for me), and I've used colloidal silver but I'm not sure if it made

any difference. My nose was severely congested for 2 years and I

didn't know why. After about 20 days of 1 little cup of yogurt a

day, my nose was clear. In fact a congested nose is one of the

indicators to me that the bacteria is back or extra bad. I've tried

bentonite clay and I'm not sure if it's helping or hurting. I keep a

diary of everything I've taken that day to see if there's a pattern.

I've found that in my bm's white=good, yellow=bad.

I read that broccoli killed h.pylori, but my experience is that it

made mine worse. I also read that garlic has some effect on

bacteria, but I think it may have made it worse also. I tried a

tablespoon of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide before meals. That

effeictively killed ALL the bacteria, but then there was a vaccum

(nothing to replace it) in my stomach. The effect is that the bad

bacteria came back worse than before.

I just hang around messageboards like this and whenever someone says

something helps them if it's not too expensive, I'll try it.
