It might be that the yeast has been fighting back all day. You can consider giving another drop of GSE in the late afternoon or early evening, see if that helps. Your son might not tolerate the GSE, try giving it with the enzyme, or try switching to another yeast killer. Or it might be detox from the yeast die off, which would be a good thing.
