Yeast can cause gas, and it can also cause constipation, so you can consider that http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm Dana
Guest guest
Hi Tessa, People can get constipated in the beginning if they switch over too quickly to Bee's diet. Usually this is due to having a lot of protein and little fat. How much fat are you able to consume? Higher fat can often help with bowel movements. Have you tried puréeing your food? This can help with digestive difficulties. In fact, the 9-Day program might be a good option for you right now: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php Coffee enemas don't cause the same reaction as drinking coffee, so it's perfectly fine to do a coffee enema despite being sensitive to caffeine and it could be very beneficial for you at this point since it helps the liver to detoxify. Remember to do a clear water enema first. Hope that helps! (a group moderator) > > I have been on the diet for almsot 3 weeks now but I havn't passed a stole for > about 6 days. Guest guest
Hi, just in case the Vitamin C does not work, You could drink some Senna tea.
